Your mission Your mission is to expertly assemble and integrate complex mechanical and electronic modules using a wide range of hand and power tools. You will ensure the integrity of every component by strictly following technical drawings. Responsibilities
  • Preparing parts and components for assembly, as well as their refinement as necessary.
  • Assembly of both individual components and the product as a whole.
  • Performance of tasks according to production rules and requirements.
  • Performing operations such as: manual assembly, drilling, grinding, soldering, and bonding.
  • Maintaining up-to-date task progress in Jira.
  • Quality control of completed work and transfer to the next team members.
  • Continuously develop, improve skills, and propose improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience in manual assembly of products (electronics, equipment, mechanics).
  • Confident use of hand tools (screwdrivers, hex keys, cutting and drilling tools).
  • Understanding of mechanical joints (threads, fastening, mounting).
  • Basic understanding of electronics (polarity, voltage, power supply).
  • Confident user of CRM systems Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, follow instructions, and understand the operation of components and mechanisms.
  • Attention to technical requirements and specifications.
  • High level of accuracy and precision when working with small components.
  • Compliance with quality standards and checklists.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team and adhere to established rules.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with UAVs.
  • Experience in serial (mass/assembly-line) production.
  • Technical education (vocational or higher).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
  • Skills in using hand and power tools.
