EWIS / Harness Technician (f/m/d)

We are looking for an EWIS / Harness Technician to design and validate power systems, wiring harnesses, and ensure electromagnetic compatibility in complex environments for advanced UAV platforms.

You will take electrical systems from design to flight, creating electrical architectures, selecting components, writing production procedures, integrating and validating performance through hands-on bench and flight testing in operational environments.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Work on the electrical architecture and EWIS lifecycle for UAV platforms, from design to operational deployment

• Design, implement, and validate robust wiring harnesses and cable management solutions for fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft

• Define and optimize power distribution systems, including battery integration, protection concepts, and power solutions

• Perform hands-on integration, debugging, and testing, both on the bench and on the aircraft

• Ensure EMI/EMC-aware design practices and robust signal integrity across all systems

• Document electrical architectures, wiring diagrams, and integration procedures in a clear and maintainable manner
