We are looking for a Facility & Production Maintenance Manager to ensure the reliable operation of our factory infrastructure, production equipment, and manufacturing lines. This role combines facility management with hands-on responsibility for equipment and production line maintenance, ensuring high uptime, safe operations, and efficient production flow. You will play a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and enabling scalable, high-rate production.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Facility Management

  • Manage and maintain all factory facilities and infrastructure, including buildings, utilities, HVAC, power supply, compressed air, safety systems, and general site services.

  • Coordinate external service providers, contractors, and authorities related to facility services and maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with EHS, safety, and regulatory requirements at the site.

  • Support site expansions, layout changes, and infrastructure upgrades.

Equipment & Production Line Maintenance

  • Own maintenance, availability, and reliability of production equipment and manufacturing lines.

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines, test equipment, and tooling.

  • Troubleshoot equipment and line issues to minimize downtime and support daily production targets.

  • Maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance documentation for equipment and facilities.

Maintenance Planning & Optimization

  • Develop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and SOPs for facilities and production equipment.

  • Implement condition-based and preventive maintenance strategies to improve uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.

  • Track and analyze maintenance KPIs (e.g. downtime, MTBF, MTTR) and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support commissioning, ramp-up, and handover of new production lines and equipment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure stable production operations.

  • Support production ramp-ups, process changes, and layout modifications from a maintenance and infrastructure perspective.

  • Coordinate with external equipment suppliers and OEMs for service, upgrades, and technical support.
