Your mission

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects for both CorpIT and DevSecOps.

You will establish and ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and structures with internal and external stakeholders.

A primary function of this role involves translation and prioritization.

You will convert compliance and security requirements from internal policymakers into actionable, prioritized technical projects for both Corporate IT and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully deliver multiple, concurrent IT projects for CorpIT and DevSecOps in adherence with existing organizational guidelines and governance.

  • Gather, analyze, and manage incoming IT change requests from various departments across the organization.

  • Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring the evaluation, risk assessment, and approval of systemic changes.

  • Act as the primary liaison between policy authors (CorpRes and InfoSec) and technical implementers (CorpIT and DevSecOps).

  • Deconstruct complex security and corporate requirements, prioritize tasks effectively, and structure them into formal projects.

Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience managing IT projects, preferably within DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or Corporate IT environments.

  • Strong understanding of Change, Release and Project Management processes with standard framework experience is considered an asset. (ITILv4, PRINCE2)

  • Ability to translate policy requirements into technical execution and communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in structuring ambiguous requests into clear project containers with defined scope, milestones and deliverables.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira) and change management ticketing systems (Jira Service Desk)

  • Advanced documentation skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, structured and auditable project artifacts and technical records.

  • Professional fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across written and verbal channels is considered an asset.
