As our Office & Facility Maintenance Manager, you will be the driving force behind our office, creating an exceptional workplace experience, enabling our teams to operate efficiently, and representing the TYTAN culture every day.

This role goes beyond traditional administration. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, flexible with hands on works, anticipates needs before they arise, improves the way we work, and creates an environment where people can focus, collaborate, and succeed.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Facility/Workplace Operations: You own the day-to-day running of our offices, workshops, and technical spaces, maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of everything, you create an environment where people can thrive.

  • Workplace Safety and security: You are the responsible point of contact for workplace health & safety, conducting risk assessments, running safety briefings, and ensuring compliance with German regulations and related standards.

  • Employee Experience: You create a home alike workplace by ensuring the office tidiness and enforcing rules if needed, organizing team events, or adding thoughtful touches to the office, you help foster a culture where people feel welcomed, connected, and supported.

  • Vendor & Facility Management: You build strong relationships with external partners, manage office services and facilities, and ensure quality, reliability, and cost-conscious decision-making across all workplace operations.

  • Preventive Maintenance: You plan and manage maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and technical installations, so small issues never become big ones.

  • Operational Excellence: You don't just maintain processes, you improve them. You identify inefficiencies, introduce smarter ways of working, and build scalable systems that support our growth.

  • Communication & Coordination: You are the trusted go-to person for office-related matters, connecting people, sharing information, and ensuring everyone knows where to go and what to do.
