About the team The Operations Excellence team sits within the COO organization and serves as a strategic partner to managers, team leads, and colleagues across Stark. By delivering data-driven insights, leading critical projects, and driving continuous process improvement, we help the organization operate more efficiently, scale effectively, and achieve its goals faster.As an individual contributor, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives with significant business impact. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions, shape core operating processes, and contribute directly to the success of one of Europe’s fastest-growing unicorns. Your missionAs Planning Analyst, you are the analytical engine of the Operations Planning and Analytics team. You build and maintain the models, dashboards, and data packs that keep the S&OP process and management reporting running - working closely with the BI/Reporting Analyst to ensure the data feeding your models is clean and structured.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain planning models for demand, supply, and inventory
Prepare weekly business review / monthly business review data packs — actuals vs. targets, KPI summaries, variance commentary
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI or equivalent
Support S&OP data preparation: consolidating inputs, validating data, flagging gaps
Work with the BI/Reporting Analyst to migrate outputs from manual exports to structured pipelines
Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the OPA Lead and operational stakeholders
2–4 years in operations planning, supply chain analysis, or business analysis
Advanced Excel - complex models, structured references, clean formatting
SQL (basic to intermediate) - able to query and validate operational data
Power BI or equivalent - dashboard development and maintenance
Structured thinking and attention to detail - numbers must be right
BSc in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Familiarity with ERP systems and how operational data is structured at source
Experience working in an S&OP process
