Your mission

STARK is hiring a Producer - Video & Photo to join our in-house film team and run production logistics from the ground up. Working with our Visual Content Manager, Video Editors, and Head of Design & Brand, you will turn creative ideas into seamless, high-stakes productions—from live field demonstrations on remote testing grounds to major product launches and documentary projects.

We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable fixer who thrives in fast-moving environments. You’ll own production end-to-end: wrangling complex shoot logistics, managing gear and crews, coordinating with engineering and ops teams, and keeping our post-production pipeline delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and produce video and photo shoots end-to-end.

• Handle complex field production logistics, including travel, permits, site access for testing grounds, safety protocols, and gear logistics.

• Serve as the operational bridge between the creative team and internal engineering, flight ops, and product leads to secure assets and access.

• Build call sheets, production schedules, and budgets, managing freelance crew and external vendors when scaling up for larger shoots.

• Keep post-production workflows moving smoothly by managing timeline milestones, review cycles, and final stakeholder sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing video content in-house, at an agency, or with a production company—ideally with extensive on-location/field experience.

• A track record of running tight schedules and keeping crews organized in unpredictable environments.

• Comfortable navigating technical, industrial, or outdoor field settings alongside engineers and operators.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing track of details.
