Lead and coordinate a high-performance manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules
  • Lead and support a high-performance manufacturing team on the shop floor
  • Allocate personnel and machine resources efficiently based on production requirements
  • Create and manage shift schedules
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Lead shift handovers and daily shop floor meetings
  • Track production KPIs and escalate operational issues where necessary
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
  • Identify training needs and help develop a flexible, cross-trained team
  • Stop production processes in case of quality deviations or safety risks
Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating production teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
  • Understanding of production planning, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or defence manufacturing is advantageous
