Technical Founder's Associate Full-Time | Munich | Start by February 2027

The Role

We're looking for a multifaceted, entrepreneurial talent with a technical background to

work directly alongside our CTO.

You'll operate across engineering, research, and company building, connecting the dots,

bringing structure to complexity, and making things happen.

What you'll do:

• Support the CTO with daily technical and operational challenges.

• Coordinate development projects, timelines, and engineering teams.

• Plan research studies, prepare documentation, and streamline workflows.

• Independently lead initiatives from initial idea to implementation.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical or Embedded Engineering, Computer

Science, Physics or a related field.

• Ideally a Master's in Business, Management, or Entrepreneurship.

• Technical curiosity paired with commercial thinking and organizational strength.

• Resourcefulness, adaptability, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done.

Start: Full-time by February 2027, with the opportunity to join earlier through an internship or

trial period.
