About Us

STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective — providing operators with a decisive edge in contested environments.

We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems — not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today.

About the team

You will join our Events team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support STARK’s growing global brand presence. The team is responsible for managing events, demos, merchandise, and branded materials across multiple international activities. In this role, you will help ensure that our brand materials, inventory, and merchandise operations are organised, scalable, and aligned with the company’s visual identity. You will report directly to the Head of Events and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Your mission You will take end-to-end ownership of our merchandise and marketing materials—from finalizing design files to managing inventory and print production. By bridging the gap between graphic design and procurement, you ensure our brochures, flyers, and merchandise are consistently high-quality, perfectly branded, and ready for our events. You will work independently to prep files, coordinate suppliers, and ensure our teams always have the materials they need without creating bottlenecks. Responsibilities
  • Design & Pre-Press: Prepare, adjust, and finalize graphic assets (brochures, flyers, merchandise designs) to ensure they are 100% print- and order-ready.
  • Independent Execution: Work hands-on with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to execute final layout tweaks, correct formats, and set up proper bleed margins and color profiles (CMYK) without needing heavy oversight.
  • Procurement & Production: Plan, order, and track merchandise items and printed company materials from start to finish.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate directly with external print shops and suppliers regarding specifications, proofs, orders, and deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Organise and manage STARK’s merchandise stock levels, supporting forecasting to ensure availability for events, demos, and internal stakeholders.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all physical materials strictly align with STARK’s visual identity and quality standards.
