As our Working Student in People & Culture (m/f/d), you will help create an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our people programs running smoothly, from benefits administration and to culture initiatives and team events.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to projects that have a direct impact on our employees and company culture.
Your Roadmap to Impact:
Workplace Culture: Support initiatives that strengthen TYTAN's culture and create opportunities for connection, collaboration, and belonging across the team.
Benefits Support: Assist with the administration and communication of employee benefits and perks, respond to benefit-related questions, and support the rollout of new programs as we grow.
Internal Events: Coordinate and support company events, team offsite/onsite celebrations, and social activities from planning and logistics to execution, creating memorable experiences for our teams.
Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives of coordinating surveys, collecting feedback, and helping turn insights into meaningful actions that improve the employee experience.
Recognition & Wellbeing: Help manage employee recognition programs, celebrate milestones, and support wellbeing initiatives that encourage a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Internal Communication: Assist in the coordination of People & Culture communications, including event invitations, culture updates, benefits announcements, and other employee-facing content to keep everyone informed and connected.
People Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day People Operations activities, maintain accurate employee records, support onboarding processes, and contribute to generally improving our people operation processes.
