About the team You will join an international Talent Acquisition team of nine recruiters and one other Recruitment Coordinator, supporting hiring across highly specialised defence, engineering and technology functions. Your mission As a Recruitment Coordinator at STARK, you will ensure the smooth execution of recruitment operations across engineering, defence, and technology functions, supporting hiring across multiple European locations. You will act as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, coordinating every stage of the hiring process while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. This role is suited for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and enables the Talent Acquisition team to hire exceptional talent efficiently and at scale. Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars, locations and time zones.

  • Act as a central point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by ensuring candidate pipelines and recruitment records remain accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain high data quality within the applicant tracking system.

  • Coordinate preboarding and onboarding logistics in partnership with the People & Culture team.

  • Support recruiting events and selected employer-branding activities.

  • Assist with recruitment reporting, hiring documentation and operational workforce-planning administration.

  • Handle candidate and employee information with appropriate confidentiality and care.

  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or a comparable administrative role.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones.

  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented working style.

  • Ability to remain organised and effective in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • German language skills are an advantage.

Nice to have
  • Experience working with Google Workspace.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.

  • Previous experience with Personio or Greenhouse.

  • Experience supporting recruitment in engineering, technology or regulated industries.
